Registration (Sign Up) is required for each person who wants to ship to a KinekPoint location in the Kinek network. It takes just a few moments to get your Kinek#, KinekPoint address, pricing, and hours information!
Remember your Kinek#? Once your package arrives at a KinekPoint, Kinek will use that number to send you an email notification – typically by end of day of delivery! This notification may be required by the KinekPoint to confirm your pickup order.
Once you receive your Kinek Delivery Notice, you can head to your KinekPoint and pick-up your package(s). Once you arrive, you will be asked to show photo ID, the receipt/invoice, and pay the per package fee listed on your KinekPoint’s profile. If your package has been at the KinekPoint longer than their normal holding period, additional storage fees may be applicable. Be sure to check hours of operation in your KinekPoint profile and the FYI page for unexpected closures (i.e., winter storm).
