There’s a few reasons why Kinek requires your Kinek# on every package that is sent to your KinekPoint.
Your Kinek# is how your KinekPoint will send out an email and optional text message notification the same day your package arrives.
Your Kinek# is used to identify the package as yours. There are currently no other methods of identifying the package as being part of the Kinek network. Without it, the package can get lost or entered into the incorrect account.
It’s also important to note that your Kinek# can only be used with your name. If your spouse or friend want to use the service they need to sign up for their own Kinek#.
